Extras
ALL TRIALS are the same price as above. We are unable to conduct trials on Sundays
* TRAVEL CHARGES – There is no travel charge on the Gold Coast between Tweed Heads and Hope Island. Mobile services to all other areas will incur a travel fee (Byron Bay, Mt Tamborine, Brisbane).
* CAR PARKING – We require one car space to operate our mobile service. Car parking costs will need to be reimbursed to us on the day of the appointment (Receipts provided)
* EARLY START CHARGE – If we are required to start work prior to 6am ADD $40
* PUBLIC HOLIDAY CHARGE – ADD 10%
* SUNDAYS – a minimum spend of $250 is required
Deposits
All bookings require a deposit: $150 for weddings, $50 for school formals and all other bookings.
* Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 months of the appointment date.
* Deposits are not transferable for trials.
* All deposits will deducted from the balance, which is payable by funds transfer 5 days prior to the appointment unless otherwise arranged.
* Payments more than 3 months out from the wedding day will not be accepted.
* We accept Cash or Direct Deposit. Receipts will be issued for all monies received.
